F2 : Edit the selected cell.
F5: Go to a specific cell .
F7: Spell check selected text and /or document.
F11: Create Chart
Ctrl+Shift+; : Enter the current time.
Ctrl+; :Enter the current date.
Alt+shift+F1: Insert new worksheet.
Shift+F3: Open the excel formula window.
Shift+F5: Bring up search box.
Ctrl+A: select all contents of the worksheet.
Ctrl+B: Bold highlighted Selection.
Ctrl+I : Italic highlighted Selection.
Ctrl+K: Insert link.
Ctrl+U: Underline highlighted selection.
Ctrl+5: Strike through highlighted selection.
Ctrl+P: Bring up the print dialogue box to bring printing.

Microsoft as come up with two new launch on its surface tablets its Microsoft surface 2 and surface pro 2!!
it has come up with new latest and best updates to overcome the last defaults with improved processing power and battery life. It is compact with windows 8.1 system, the popular Outlook program and a whopping 100,000 applications, up from the 10,000 in the previous version.Surface 2 is available in 32GB and 64GB configuration, where as Surface pro is 64GB and 128GB configurations with 4 GB of RAM and 256GB and 512GB

It's price is around at $899 !

Microsoft Said:Hack Us And Get $100,000 Award

Friend's i think you all know that Window 8.1 which is the enhanced version of Window 8 is launched on 27 June 2013.And Window 8.1 is coming with some great features which is not in the Window 8.Like start button in homepage etc.

When an operating system is launched,The company first check its vulnerabilities.

Now Microsoft wants white hats and blue hats to find out the vulnerabilities. Qualifying submissions and accompanying defensive ideas will also grant the blue hat bonus worth up-to 50,000 $ also those who will point out the critical vulnerabilities in Microsoft's Internet Explorer present in Windows 8.1 update will be awarded 11,000 $ .

So this is the great announcement i see in the official blog of Microsoft.

Microsoft has unveiled Surface tablet

Microsoft has unveiled Surface, a tablet computer to compete with Apple’s iPad.

CEO Steve Ballmer was on hand to announce the new tablet, calling it part of a “whole new family of devices” the company is developing.

One version of the device, which won’t go on sale until sometime in the fall, is about 9.3 millimetres thick and works on the Windows RT operating system. It comes with a kickstand to hold it upright and a touch keyboard cover that snaps on using magnets. The device weighs under 680 grams and will cost about as much as other tablet computers. Its debut is set to coincide with the upcoming fall release of Microsoft’s much-anticipated Windows 8 operating system.

Steven Sinofsky, president of Microsoft’s Windows division, called the device a “tablet that’s a great PC PC that’s a great tablet.”

Features:

A slightly thicker version, less than 14 millimetres thick and under 910 grams, will work on Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 8 Pro operating system and cost as much as an Ultrabook, the company said. The pro version comes with a stylus that allows users to make handwritten notes on documents such as PDF files.

Each tablet comes with a keyboard cover that is just 3 millimetres thick. The kickstand for both tablets was just 0.7 millimetres thick, slimmer than a credit card.

Microsoft has been making software for tablets since 2002, when it shipped the Windows XP Tablet PC Edition. Many big PC makers produced tablets that ran the software, but they were never big sellers. The tablets were based on PC technology, and were heavy, with short battery lives.

Microsoft didn’t say how long the Surface would last on battery power.
